Please read the booking process below so that you understand the process before completing a booking form. This will form part of your booking contract with ASJ. 

We are delighted that you have chosen to book with ASJ, you won’t be disappointed with your choice. Remember we have a number of products and services to offer, why not challenge us to beat your current price for other suppliers that you have booked.

Before booking, please check the travel cost to your venue, some locations are FREE and others incur a small mileage cost.

We offer you the very best prices and offers that we can, however you can save a further 5% by paying in full on booking, this is applicable to all services booked, but does not include offers, last minute deals and packages over £1000 in value.

Please remember to tell us what your booking is for. For example wedding, birthday, fun day etc… Also tell us your colour scheme.

If you have a colour scheme or theme, please enter it one of the boxes above. If you do not we will select a colour or may not theme items.

  • Your booking form will be processed, this may take up to 5 days.  We process forms on WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY.  You will receive a formal booking form and invoice.
  • You must contact us 7 days before your booking if you have not heard from the ASJ Catering & Events team.

Our cancellation policy and approach to bookings is shown within the legal section of our website. We will send to you by email a copy of these conditions and you should remember by making payment of the deposit amount deems that you accept those conditions, specifically our cancellation policy. We do apply a charge for bookings cancelled late, or where payment is not made before the booking start time. This is simply to cover business costs and to ensure that our colleagues time is paid for.
