Public & Employee Liability Insurance
Insurance is provided complimentary with all services and covers both guests, customers and our colleagues/ contractors. The limit is currently 5 million rising to 10 million on special request. You can download a copy using the following link;
Food Hygiene Rating
Our business is inspected and rated by Sandwell Council. We have scored 5 for food hygiene and our food management systems. You can download a copy by following the link below to the Food Standards Agency website;
PAT Testing & Certification
At ASJ we have our own in house team of trained testers. They test every appliance that we have and provide certification, including a PASS label. Because we test our own appliances, we can do this more often and if we have any concerns we simply carry out a test. This improves our commitment to health and safety and helps us to deliver a service that you can trust.

Colleague & Contractor Training
We invest in our colleagues and contractors so that you get the very best service.
All of our colleagues are trained to Level 2 Food Hygiene accredited with City & Guilds.
We are striving to train all of our managers to Level 3 Food Hygiene and to train all staff in Allergen awareness and manual handling.

Safe Working Instructions/ Risk Assessment
Some venues ask for more detail about how we do things, this can include risk assessments and safe working instructions, they are the same thing and cover the method statement considering risk.
