Who to ask for attend the main reception and one of the reception team from Cradley Enterprise Centre will show you to the collection items, or take receipt of returned items.

Deposit you will need to pay your deposit in advance of collection via bank transfer. Your deposit will be returned to you within 24 hours of safe return of the hire items, via bank transfer.

Do I get any documents, yes the reception team will give you a contract to sign before taking away the goods, they will give you a copy and check your ID. On return of goods the reception team will give you a receipt.

I have a problem with the hire items, the reception team cannot help, they do not work for ASJ and simply facilitate the collection and return of goods, any issues should be reported to customer services 0800 037 7476. We only ever issue goods in good condition and perfect working order, you should refuse to accept any items that are damaged.
