Everything we serve is freshly prepared in-house by our experienced catering team, led by Sarah, our dedicated in-house baker and cake specialist. From delicate finger sandwiches to handcrafted cakes and beautifully decorated sweet treats, all food is prepared fresh on the day of your wedding or corporate event to ensure exceptional quality and flavour. Preparation is overseen by Sarah alongside Sam, our senior catering colleague, ensuring consistency, presentation and attention to detail at every stage. We actively encourage personalised menu selections and are delighted to tailor flavours, colours and decorative finishes to match your wedding theme, brand colours or event styling, including custom-coloured biscuits and cakes designed to complement your celebration perfectly.
